Had a potential client call me the other day about his U5 situation, and learned that all you have to do is Google “U5” and you find my site. Top of the rankings. Really, it’s because I made the site so content-rich, but it is nice to hear that I’m now “The U5 Guy.”
That has a nice ring to it. I’d like to be Batman, at least for a day, but this is pretty good too.
I take great pride in my law practice, putting nearly 25 years of experience in the securities industry to work helping brokers who have been wrongfully terminated and/or defamed by bad bosses and managers who have it in for them, often on some personal level.

You’ll probably hear that from their paralegals or some soccer mom salesperson cold calling you from a cubicle farm. Anything to get your business. Such sales tactics are also known to the profession as barratry or “ambulance chasing.” You won’t find that here.
