FINRA Contract Dispute Resolution
Most disputes in the securities are handled before FINRA arbitration panels. Some 47% of all FINRA arbitrations have involved industry disputes in 2020 as of this July. The bulk of these cases involve issues of U-5 defamation and/or contractual disputes as brokers change employers. Many involve issues of non-solicit/non-compete and corporate raiding. This is our firm’s focus.
