FINRA Dispute Resolution Arbitrator
Christopher H. Tovar started out as a broker before working for several years as a claimant’s attorney resolving investment fraud cases on behalf of investors during the litigation boom of 2002-2007. Since then, he has operated mainly on the industry side of the v., helping defend brokers and firms from what are often frivolous claims brought by investors who just want a do-over. He has also helped many brokers in disputes with their employing firm after receiving false and defamatory marks on their U5 or litigation over promissory notes.
